Located only 5 minutes from the famous Hunter Mountain, Your Own Inn comprises a large, but cozy, 7,500-square foot residence, set on five acres of pristine, manicured land. Originally a boarding house in the late 1800's, this 14 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom property has since been renovated to provide an incredible vacation experience for families, friends, corporate groups, and more.

About the Property

Sleeping up to 36 guests comfortably, Your Own Inn maintains 14 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 3 half baths. The first floor; has an over-sized living room boasting a decorative stone fireplace, an additional full-size living room with wood burning stove, and a newly renovated kitchen. The second floor maintains seven bedrooms and three full bathrooms, while the third floor comprises 2 additional bedrooms, a game room, host to foosball, stick hockey, and poker table - all the entertainment needed to keep the kids engaged in friendly competition, for hours on end.
But the entertainment doesn’t stop there - make your way to the basement area, where you’ll find a full-size bar, along with a regulation billiards table, three wall-mounted televisions, air hockey table, and a blue-tooth stereo system. There is also a second full kitchen with 3 half bathrooms.

$1,000 Refundable Security Deposit for all rentals.
$500 Cleaning/Linen Fee for all rentals.

Includes blankets, pillows, and fresh linens (Bath and pool towels are NOT included)

Reservation Deposit required upon contract signing to secure dates: $2,000 for midweek and weekend rentals, $4,000 for full week rentals. The remainder is due in full one month prior to rental.

$8,000 – $9,500 per mid-week (Sunday or Monday night through Thursday or Friday)
$6,500 – $8,000 per 2-night weekend (not available MDW-LDW)
$12,500-13,000 per 3-night weekend
$14,000-$16,000 per week
Holiday rental premium + $1,500

November — April
$6,500 – $7,500 per mid-week (Sunday night through Friday mid-day)
$5,500 – $6,500 per weekend
