Your Own Estate also boasts a private, ¼ acre pond, and a private, tranquil, six-acre lake – perfect for canoeing, paddle boating, row boating, and fishing; or simply providing a picturesque backdrop for your group vacations, celebrations, and more.

Originally constructed in 1945, Your Own Estate was designed as an elite, equestrian country home. Since then, it has been renovated to provide the ultimate, all-inclusive Catskills getaway experience. The main house boasts 4,500-square feet, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms allowing you and all your guests to rest in comfort and luxury.
Your Own Estate's Main House can sleep up to 27 guests, comfortably, including the large, master bedroom featuring a terrace that overlooks the lake and incredible mountain landscape, as far as the eye can see.
The family room within the main house hosts a full-size wet bar, stone fireplace, 65” LED TV, and surround sound setup. Furthermore, the game room hosts ping pong, foosball, air hockey, billiards, and a poker table – for hours of competitive fun. Along with the large bedrooms, this property also accommodates 2 full kitchens and 2 dens.
As magnificent as are the residences, the outdoor space may prove to be even more spectacular. Within the perimeter of 30 chaise lounges lies an 800-square foot, fully-lit and heated, in-ground pool, providing year-round enjoyment, along with an eight-person hot tub overlooking the 5-acre private lake, and fire pit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows. The gas grill and ample patio area are conveniently located just steps from the main kitchen – perfect for hosting afternoon barbeques.
